“ Go local and forget chains even exist. The vibe here is cozy and eclectic, with cute décor, free WiFi, and the kind of service that feels warm and genuine every time you walk in. It’s the place you want to sit with a lavender latte (my favorite!) or grab something quick without sacrificing quality. The food is where they really shine—everything I’ve tried has been amazing. The bahn mi, buffalo chicken wrap, dilly salmon sandwich, gyro with lamb, and the açaí bowl have been my favorites so far. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Their homemade sauces take everything up a notch (and I often get extra because I love sauces) and the smoothies are great for a quick filling option. I also love that they’ve got plenty of grab-n-go options, interesting bubble waffles, and a big variety of drinks including lots of coffee teas seltzer drinks and even ice cream floats. The pastries are also to die for (chocolate croissant and spinach ham swirl have been my favorite so far). There’s always something new to try. Whether you’re hanging out for a while or just running in, this place is a total gem and hands-down beats any cafe around. I’m so glad they’ve stayed open longer this fall, and I hope they’ll stay open year round eventually! Don’t miss out during the summer tourist time, and order by phone or online in advance if you’re driving by for a quick efficient stop. ”

“ Absolutely phenomenal lil deli and bakery. The environment is cozy, with plenty of seating. There are some comfy seats, as well as a back area with some games The coffee is great, as well as the bagels and bakery items. The real star of the show here are the sandwiches. I am a huge sandwich guy and 2 of my absolute favorite sandwiches are Reubens and pastrami sandwiches. The spicy pastrami here, as well as the Reuben are 2 of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Come visit this little gem if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed. ”

“ This cafe is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you can tell everything is crafted with intention. The creative drinks are a highlight, and coffee lovers will rejoice in the strong, house-roasted coffee and espresso. If you're not a coffee drinker, don't worry – the matcha and chai are absolutely delicious. The smoothies are thick and made with real fruit, a refreshing treat. And the food? Unbeatable. Lots of yummy sandwiches and salads, perfect for any meal. And you absolutely have to try the bubble waffles – they're out of this world! This place truly has it all. ”

“ I ordered the organic cold brew with caramel mocha half-sweet, and it was delicious. Cold brew can sometimes be too bitter, which is why I don’t typically order it, but this one was incredibly smooth. The caramel mocha added a perfect finish to each sip. The shop itself was very homey, with a local handmade goods section that was fun to browse. The outdoor seating area made me giggle. There were a variety of outdoor tables and chairs, each one unique. There were tiny chairs, a picnic table, metal chairs, and other random chairs. It was like a field of mismatched furniture, and I found it really fun. I also got my husband a Gouda croissant pastry and tried a bite. It was gooey and very melt in your mouth type of pastry, savory and different, but really good. ”

“ I’ve visited the cafe on numerous occasions and recently ordered dessert trays for a gathering held at my home. The brownies, cookies, pumpkin Whoopie pies and hand pies were absolutely delicious and my guests raved about the treats throughout the event! Gena is the ultimate professional and the most talented baker I’ve met. Thank you, Baked and Brewed! ”

“ Finally had a chance to stop in and try the food. Oh....my...God!!! I LOVED the pulled pork Panini and I am writing this 4 hours later and I am still full. AMAZING ”

“ We had a handpie and an avocado toast with sun dried tomato pesto on a bagel. Everything was delicious and quick. Their drinks and smoothies are also delicious and freshly prepared. Would stop again! ”

“ Update: So far, it's all yummy. Turky bacon avacado panini had such a great flavor with a touch of maple. Excited to have them back open for the season! Took us way too long to try this. Great option for a bite or your caffeine fix in the Locke Lake area. The hand pies are super yummy for breakfast. The menu is rather large for a small town Cafe so not sure if they can do all that well, but we were pleased with our visit and will definitely go again. ”
